Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Items that have been assembled or modified after delivery
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For large furniture items, we can help coordinate a pickup through our freight partners, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage to assist with our claim process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns of large furniture items to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
