Furniture From Factory is not just an e-commerce platform — it is a digital bridge between Jodhpur's centuries-old craftsmanship and the global furniture market. Architecting this system required solving complex challenges: dynamic pricing across five currencies, product catalogs with thousands of variations, and a technical SEO strategy built for international reach.
Using Next.js 15, React 19, and Tailwind CSS, the platform is server-side rendered with incremental static regeneration, prioritizing Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and Core Web Vitals. The backend is powered by a Node.js and MongoDB infrastructure designed for high availability and horizontal scalability.
Every layer of the stack — from the admin dashboard to the automated sitemap pipeline — was designed, built, and deployed by a single architect, delivering a production-grade system with a 99+ PageSpeed score and complete ownership of the engineering roadmap.
