Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Furniture From Factory (FFF), we are dedicated to delivering your new furniture as safely and quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, and costs.
Order Processing
Most orders for in-stock items are processed within 2-4 business days. For custom or made-to-order furniture, processing times vary and are indicated on the product page. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer several shipping options depending on the size and weight of your items:
1. Parcel Delivery (Small Items)
Smaller items like decor, lighting, and side tables are shipped via standard parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping.
2. Threshold Delivery (Large Items)
Large items like sofas, beds, and dining tables are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Delivery is made to the first dry area of your home (entryway or garage). Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.
3. White Glove Delivery (Optional)
For an additional fee, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Timelines vary based on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, the size of the items, and your delivery address. We offer flat-rate shipping for many regions. Look for "Free Shipping" promotions on eligible items and orders over a certain amount.
International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within India and the United States. For shipping to other countries, please contact our international sales team for a custom quote.
Delivery Scheduling
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the shipment. Missing a scheduled delivery window may result in a redelivery fee.
Inspection & Damages
Please inspect your furniture carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected].
