At Furniture From Factory (FFF), we are dedicated to delivering your new handcrafted furniture safely and quickly. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and logistics procedures.
Order Processing
Most orders for in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days. For custom or made-to-order furniture pieces, processing times vary and are explicitly indicated on the product page. You will receive an automated email tracking confirmation once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer several specialized shipping options depending on the size and weight of your purchase:
1. Parcel Delivery (Small Accent Items)
Smaller decor accents, lighting fixtures, and end tables ship via standard ground carriers. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
2. Threshold Freight Delivery (Large Furniture)
Large sectional sofas, bed frames, and dining sets are delivered via specialized freight handling. Freight delivery arrives at the first dry area of your home (entryway or garage) within 7–14 business days.
3. White Glove Assembly & Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
For complete convenience, White Glove Delivery includes room-of-choice placement, unboxing, complete assembly, and debris removal.
Shipping Costs
Shipping calculations apply at checkout based on destination, item dimensions, and weight. Enjoy flat-rate freight options and promotional Free Shipping on eligible orders.
International Delivery
We ship to standard residential addresses within India and North America. For global custom shipping requests, contact our dedicated logistics team.
Inspection & Delivery Scheduling
Freight carriers contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery and report any transit damage immediately to support@furniturefromfactory.com.
