Last Updated: April 27, 2026
At Furniture From Factory (FFF), we are committed to conducting our business in an ethical and responsible manner. We recognize the importance of ensuring that our products are manufactured in a way that respects human rights and the environment. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.
Our Commitment
We strictly prohibit the use of forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor in our operations and supply chain. We expect our suppliers to share this commitment and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate.
Verification of Supply Chain
We evaluate our suppliers based on their performance and adherence to our standards. While we do not currently use third-party verifiers, we conduct internal assessments and maintain close relationships with our direct suppliers to monitor their compliance.
Supplier Audits
We reserve the right to audit our suppliers to verify their compliance with our ethical standards. These audits may be conducted by our own staff or by independent third parties. We strive to conduct these audits on a regular basis, and they may be announced or unannounced.
Certification
We require our direct suppliers to certify that the materials incorporated into our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the countries in which they are doing business.
Internal Accountability
We maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors who fail to meet our company standards regarding slavery and human trafficking. Our employees are encouraged to report any concerns through our established channels.
Training
We provide training to our employees who have direct responsibility for supply chain management on how to identify and mitigate the risks of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.
