Return, Refund, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping fees.

Change of Mind or Unwanted Items: If you decide you no longer want the item, we will still accept the return, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

Sizing or Compatibility Issues: If the furniture doesn’t fit as expected or isn’t what you imagined, this will be treated as a change of mind return, and return shipping will be at your cost.

Once your return is picked up and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Method & Timeline: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI: 4–5 business days.
• Offline Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: If a returned item is received with minor customer-induced damage or missing parts, a partial refund may be calculated based on the condition.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-built orders or personalized furniture items.
• Clearance, floor sample, or final sale merchandise.
• Mattresses, pillows, and bedding accessories (due to health & hygiene policies).
• Items that have been assembled, modified, or altered after delivery.

Before Shipment: Orders canceled prior to warehouse dispatch are subject to a minor 10% processing fee.

After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, standard return guidelines apply. Return freight costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Custom Built Furniture: Special orders already in production cannot be canceled once fabrication begins.

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you prefer a different finish, size, or model:

• Initiate a return for your current item following standard return guidelines.
• Place a new order online for your desired product replacement.
• Replacement processing for verified damaged items completes within 7–10 business days.

We offer a comprehensive 3-Year Limited Warranty on all handcrafted furniture. Year 1 covers full parts and service. Years 2 & 3 cover structural repairs with component costs billed at nominal rates.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials, joinery, and structural frame stability.
• Faulty reclining, sliding, or motorized hardware components.
