General Return Guidelines

We want you to love your new furniture! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return policy under the following conditions:

Return Window: we have 7 Day return policy. Initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
• All parts, screws, tools, and instructions must be included.
• Item must be in resalable condition (free of damage or alterations).

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

• Damaged, defective, or missing items: Return eligible if the product arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts.
• Incorrect items: Return eligible if the item differs from the order (except for expected variations in handcrafted designs).
• Non-functional items: If the item is dead on arrival or has non-functional components (e.g., batteries or electrical issues), it will be replaced, not returned.
• Installation issues: We do not provide wall mounting services. Installation-related issues are not grounds for a return.
• Relocation: We do not provide services for dismantling or reassembling furniture after delivery.

How to Start a Return

• For Damaged or Defective Items: Return shipping and pickup will be covered by us.
• For Change of Mind: Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we've received your return request, our resolution team will contact you within 24 hours. Pickup will be arranged within 72 hours.
