Customization may be available for dimensions, finish, wood, upholstery, or hardware, depending on the design. Send the product link and requested changes to sales@furniturefromfactory.com for written confirmation of feasibility, price, and production time.
In-stock orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, parcel items typically take 3–7 business days and large-furniture freight typically takes 7–14 business days. Made-to-order timing is confirmed with the product or quotation.
Shipping depends on the destination, product dimensions, weight, and selected service. Checkout or a written quotation shows the applicable charge. Flat-rate freight or promotional free shipping may apply only to eligible orders.
International delivery is available by custom quote. Send the destination postcode and selected product links to sales@furniturefromfactory.com so we can confirm carrier coverage, freight cost, duties handling, and estimated timing.
