What is the FFF Trade Program?
The FFF Trade Program is a membership program for business owners and design professionals. It includes the following benefits:
Who is eligible for the FFF Trade Program?
Any business owner with a valid business license or accredited design professionals including interior decorators, architects, landscape designers, members of professional staging organizations, and set decorators are eligible for a business account regardless of whether they work on the residential or commercial side.
How long does it take to get approved?
Once your application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or decline and finalize the application within 72 hours.
How do I set up my business account to activate my Trade discount once approved?
Upon approval, you will receive an email notification that contains your membership number. From there, you must activate your FFF Trade Program account online. To activate an account online, members must add their member number to an existing FFF account or create an account if they do not already have one. Once activated, your trade discount will automatically be applied to eligible items in your cart at checkout as long as you are logged in.
Where can I find my FFF Trade Program member number if I've forgotten it?
If you can't find the email that states your membership number, please contact trade.devesh@.com or call 931604194 and a FFF Trade Program team member will be happy to assist.
Where can I find FFF Trade Program member pricing?
Member pricing is not displayed on the website. You will see your FFF Trade Program discount reflected in your cart on eligible items when logged into your business account.
How do I apply to the FFF Trade Program in Canada?

How do I move an order from multiple CBH Trade Program brands onto one purchase order (PO)?

How do I track my FFF Trade Program order?

What is the FFF Trade Program return policy?
Our return policy for the Trade Program is the same as it is for regular customers.
How do I get my tax exemption?
To receive tax-exempt status, include your tax-exempt certificate along with your other credentials when applying for the FFF Trade Program. If you are already registered for the FFF Trade Program and would like to add tax exemption status to your account, please reach out to trade.concierge@.com for help with this change.

Are fabric and material samples available for trade program members?
At this time, we offer only fabric swatch samples. To request free fabric samples, please email or call the FFF Trade Program Concierge who can send the swatches to you. Email trade.concierge@.com or call 931604194.
