Gift Card FAQS
How do I redeem my Gift Card, eGift Card, Shop Card or eShop Card online?
It’s easy to make purchases with your Gift/eGift Card or Shop/eShop Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, click on Use a Gift/eGift Card. For Gift or Shop Cards, enter your card number and PIN located beneath the scratch-off area on the back of the card; for eGift or eShop Cards, enter the card number and PIN that appear together. Then click Apply Gift Card.
Can I check the balance on my Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card?
Yes. To check your card balance online, just go to Gift Cards and click Check Gift Card Balance, enter your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card Number along with the 4-digit PIN and click Check Balance. You can also check your card balance when you visit our stores or by calling us at 931604194.
What if my Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card is lost, stolen or compromised?
Please treat your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card like cash. If lost, stolen, compromised or damaged, please contact Customer Service at 9314604194. FFF is not responsible for any unauthorized use.
Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card?
No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card, you can apply the balance toward your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the card balance, you will need to make the additional payment with a credit card or another Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card.
At what point during my online order is my Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card actually redeemed?
The balance on your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card is applied toward your online purchase once you submit your order. If you enter your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card number on the Payment page, and then decide to return to Cart or to continue shopping, your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card information will be cleared and your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card will not be debited. When you have completed shopping and are ready to submit your order, you will be asked to enter your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card information once again to complete your purchase.
can i still use my fff paper gift certificate or store merchandise credit as a form of payment?
Yes. You can still use your paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits as a form of payment in our store. However, paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits may not be redeemed online.
Do FFF Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Cards and Certificates expire?
Any unused balance does not expire and remains on your Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card and/or Gift Certificate until it is spent.
Can I use my Land of Nod Gift/Shop Card at fff?
Yes, Land of Nod Gift and Shop Cards can continue to be used to purchase merchandise at FFF. You may also redeem Land of Nod Gift Cards and Shop Cards online at fff.com and crateandbarrel.com, or through any of our catalogs via phone orders.
Can I redeem Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Cards online for purchases shipping to Canada?
Currently, our system only supports online Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card redemptions for orders shipping within the United States. For Canadian and International Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card redemptions, contact us at 9314604194
Will I be charged any fees if I don’t use my Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card for an extended period of time?
FFF does not charge service or dormancy fees for any unused Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Cards carrying a balance.
What is the difference between a Gift/eGift Card and a Shop/eShop Card?
A Gift/eGift Card is a gift you give or receive for a certain INR amount. It is redeemable toward merchandise or service purchases in stores, online or by phone. Gift Cards may be purchased in stores, online or by phone. eGift Cards may be purchased online.
How long does it take to receive an eGift Card once purchased?
The recipient will receive the eGift Card within hours of the purchase. If you suspect the eGift Card has not been sent to the recipient within 24 hours, please contact Customer Support.
How long will it take to receive an eShop Card after a return is made?
After a return is made, an eShop Card will be delivered to your email shortly. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service at 9314604194.
How will my Gift Card be shipped?
Our Gift Cards are presented in an attractive carrier with your personalized message. Standard delivery is free of charge and the order should arrive within 3-5 days via the U.S. Postal Service. If you’re in a hurry, 2-Day Express orders placed by noon IN will be delivered in 2 business days for $6.00. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon IN will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $12.00. Expedited orders will be delivered via FedEx. At this time, Gift Card orders cannot be tracked online.
